Job Description :-

Ensure that the Mapics XA application is up and running at all designated times so that the Plant can run in an uninterrupted fashion.
Ensure that the Arlington IT group executes Sarbanes Oxley(SOX) test scripts in a timely and accurate fashion, as well as ensuring that all SOX processes and procedures are followed at all times.
The biggest challenge for this position is to be able to quickly and effectively resolve programming issues to ensure uninterrupted service to the user community.
Individual will be interacting with other internal IT staff in Valhalla and Arlington.
Therefore person needs to be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Individual will be interacting with the User community on a regular basis, needs to be able to work effectively and efficiently with them.
Off Hours support is required on a rotational basis to handle Help Desk Calls or any AS400 batch program failures during the night or on the weekend.
Saturday Period Close weekends to execute the close process.


Accountabilities :-

Analysis, design, coding and implementation of enhancements to the plants ERP systems.
Performs on-going maintenance and support to existing plant ERP systems.
Execute all SOX Test Scripts and document testing results in an organized fashion
Ensure all SOX processes and procedures are followed at all times and incorporate any new policy and procedures as dictated by SOX regulations.
Provide 24x7 support to Arlington Plant.
Support and resolve issues with the forecasting and demand planning systems.
Demonstrate ability to understand business processes and partner with Business Partners, Sponsors and Executives.
