Hi, I have what looks like some very robust code for decoding a LTC signal but at the moment it is written in Scilab and I need it converted to C. I need the code to be-able to process from a 16-bit... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Audio Services, C/C++, Matlab/Mathematica)
